I Am 11 Days Post C Section Is It Common

I am 11 days post c section is it common to have a tender /burning sensation on the lower left side ?
It burns when I twist wrong.....which I have been avoiding
My incision is very clean and healing beautifully my ob was on my right and the pain is on my left.
