I Am 12 Weeks 5 Days Pregnant. I Was At

I am 12 weeks 5 days pregnant. I was at my OB yesterday and we saw the baby moving around with a healthy heartbeat of 153, so all looked perfect. My OB did say that sex was safe in the pregnancy, but are orgasms safe? I am hesitant to do anything that may hurt the baby or cause miscarriage. I have had 2 miscarriages but they were very early on prior to seeing a heartbeat, we have seen a healthy heartbeat on this baby during 5 ultrasounds now. Please let me know if there is any chance of orgasms harming the baby at this point. Thank you!!
