I Am 13 Years Old Going On 14 And I

I am 13 years old going on 14 and I am scared to tell my mom or ask her but there is like a thick white discharge that comes out of my vagina everyday and I looked it up and I saw it could be a yeast infection ? And also it steels not so good down there and it itches too, should I tell me my to take me to a gyno ?
