I am 14 days past my missed period, 3 days before my period I got a stomach virus that lasted one day, I have been trying to get pregnant could the stomach virus affected me from getting a positive pregnancy test and also 5 days before expected period I was spotting lite brownish color and also spotted 1 day before expected period the same color what do you think is going on
