I am 14 weeks pregnant. I have been very constipated, haven't had a bowl movement in 8 days, until today. I just went to the bathroom and it was very painful. I get nauseated and sweaty every time I go. And even after going a lot, and being in the bathroom for an hour, I still have the urge to go. But I can't go anymore.
