I Am 15 Nearly 16 And Just About 2 Months

I am 15 nearly 16 and just about 2 months ago I developed a movable small lump under my skin that I can push back in whenever I want. It’s located in the top right corner of my pubic area just were the hair stops and it usually appears only when I stand up straight or something like that. I don’t know what it could be. I’m a female. I was researching it myself an it said possibly a hernia but I’m not sure because it’s not painful, red or growing it’s simply a lump under my skin that hasn’t changed or won’t go away
