I Am 15 Weeks Pregnant And I Woke Up With

I am 15 weeks pregnant and I woke up with vaginal discharge all over the inner part of my legs. The color is grey and all the pieces are about 3-4 inches long. The discharge is very thick and rubbery, I can actually feel the discharge sliding out. A few huge pieces have came out since then, and light lower back pain. No itching or pain around my vaginal area. Is that something that needs to be seen for asap?
