I Am 15 Weeks Pregnant And Tested Positive For Chlamydia

I am 15 weeks pregnant and tested positive for chlamydia and so was my partner. We took our medication a day apart I took mine Monday at 5 PM and he took his Tuesday at 11:00 AM. We abstained from sex until he was 6 days past treatment and I was 7 days past treatment. Is it possible that I or he is reinfected because we didn't wait the complete term of treatment?
