I Am 15 Years Old And A Female. About 2

I am 15 years old and a female. About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with what doctors call "chronic daily migraines." I take 40Mg of Amitryptyline daily, and 500Mg of Naproxen Sodium when needed. The past week, I've had nosebleeds every day while in the shower. I had one while in school yesterday. I've had 8 nosebleeds in the past 7 days. I'm also having terrible stomach aches and a very sharp pain in my right side, where the appendix is located. I went to the hospital a few weeks ago when I had a terrible virus, urgent care checked my stomach and sent me straight to the ER where they told me my appendix was fine. I'm just not sure what's going on...? Should I go back to the doctor? I have an appointment on Friday.
