I Am 16 And Had Sex With My Boyfriend For

I am 16 and had sex with my boyfriend for the first time on October 3rd. He only went in half way and he says he doesn't know if he cummed or not but he wasn't inside for a long time. He went in very slow and didn't thrust. It hurt way too much so I stopped it. He did have a condom on and I do use birth control. I think my last period was September 21 to September 26. But I am very irregular with my periods because I have a blood disorder called ITP and my doctor tries to make it to where I do not get a period but occasionally, about every 3-4 months, my period comes through anyways. I use birth control, but do not take the last week because that'll give me my period and my doctor doesn't want that. I did bleed when we had sex. But the bleeding stopped by the end of the next day. But today, I woke up with some blood in my panties and so I felt relieved because I thought it was my period. But as the day went by I kept checking my pad and there was some brown discharge and brownish blood. It confuses me because the blood was red when I had woke up. I've also had some cramps. I am just wondering if this could possibly mean I am pregnant. Please help. Freaking out.
