I am 16 years old. My mother constantly says she is going to take me to the gyno so they can see if my hymen is still there. She says if it's not, that means I am not a virgin. Although I haven't had a penis inserted into me, I have been fingered vigorously and my hymen popped. So i am scared that when I go the doctor will tell her that I am sexually active when I'm not. I just want to know if the hymen thing is true or not.
