I Am 17 And I Work In A Nursing Home,

I am 17 and I work in a nursing home, today at work I started getting chills and soon after I was severely lightheaded, followed by violent vomiting and dry heaving. I'm just worried I might have caught something at work. Also my temp is 96.2... I know it's not dangerously low right now but my temp tends to run a little high which is why I'm concerned.
