I Am 17 Y Old Female. With Pain In Both

I am 17 y old female. With pain in both foots. The pain usually accends upto my knee. Sometime both legs start to act up together or separately. I have been having these random pains since age 5. No diagnosis excpet growth pain. I have consulted otho and neuro. No problem it seems other that freaking growth pains. I can't sleep at night and have to take over the counter painkiller which rarely does the job. So please help me. Or just point me in the current direction. Also when I straighten both my legs parallel to the ground there is indescribable pain on the side of the leg touching the ground. And I can't keep my legs like that for more than 5 seconds. No xrays but an MRI of my spine was taken which was inconclusive. Thank you in advance.
