I Am 17 Year Old Boy And My Nose Bone

I am 17 year old boy and my nose bone is bending towards left and there very less space in my left nostril to breath. Sometimes i get problem in breathing due to this, my ENT doctor is telling me to do the surgery but i am scared for it. Do i need to do the surgery? As i can breath from my right nostril but sometimes it gets hard. I am taking a homeopathy medicine which helps me breath when i cant and i also take it for my running nose. So is my surgery nessasary or i can live with it?
