I Am 17 Years Old And I Have Had Pimples

I am 17 years old and I have had pimples since I was 12. They are mostly located on my forehead,cheek and to the left of my eyebrows.Most of the time its red,clourless or yellow pimples please help me.I have also noticed I have white things that come out of my nose when I squeeze it.I am not sure if I'm right but this might be under my whole face and could be the cause of,my acne.I also have oily sensitive Skin.
