I Am 17 Years Old And We Recently Just Got

I am 17 years old and We recently just got to start having sex, sometimes multiple times in a day. about two weeks ago I started getting these excruciating headaches. I've looked it up and it's says it could be something serious or nothing at all but to see a doctor, unfortunately I cannot do this alone but I cannot risk telling my mother. Sometimes these headaches can be worse than others. Only once in the two weeks have i orgasmed and not gotten a headache. Any ideas?
