I Am 17 Years Old And Since A Past Few

I am 17 years old and since a past few days I have been observing symptoms of UTI in me. I got my period today and there was a lot of blood in my urine. There is pain on the lower back and specially on the left side. Am I suffering from any dangerous disease? What should I do?
