I Am 17 Yo Male, Had Trouble/difficulty Burping Even Sometimes

I am 17 yo male, had trouble/difficulty burping even sometimes I did not eat(early in the morning before breakfast). I dont drink and smoke, our family MD prescribed me omeprazole, it helps me for a few months but now its coming back, I had a feeling that this is not helpng me at all. One day, Inalso had difficulty breathing, so my mom has to rush me to ER, I was 195lbs that time and the ER doc told me to loose some weight which I try hard and now I am 160lbs. Pls help.
