I Am 17weeks Pregnant, Suffering From Extreme Cough And Cold

I am 17weeks pregnant, suffering from extreme cough and cold with fever for the past 10days . I was having honitus, honey, doing girgle 3times n taking steam twice. Got rid of the fever in first 4days still not at all recovering from this severe cough and cold. Bought mox-p over the counter. Started having it once a day from yesterday. Will it affect my baby badly? The counter said no, what do you think doctor? Also would taking cetzine tablet may help me? If yes, what should be the dosage? Waiting in anticipation for your answer.
