I Am 18... I Had Unprotected Anal Sex With A

I am 18... I had unprotected anal sex with a women 4 weeks ago. Right after the sex I grew worried and asked her if she had ever been tested. She said she was tested about a month before sex and recieved a negative for HIV. The morning after I woke up feeling lightheaded. This has lasted for a month now. I know most symptoms begin at around 2-6 weeks within infection so I am unsure if the lightheadedness is related to the sex. 5 days after sex I got tested for HIV which came out to be negative. Yesterday I woke up with a sore throat and a white mark on my tonsil.I had a check up today and the doctor said its a tonsil stone. Since I have reached the 4 week mark I also took a 4th generation HIV test. The results are supposed to come in 5 days. I have 3 questions
Should I be worried ?
Are toncil stones a HIV symptom ?
Is lightheadedness an HIV symptom??
