I Am 18 And Have Had Two Small Bald Spots

I am 18 and have had two small bald spots on my hairline that I would like to have hair grow there. No hair has ever grown there at all. Will Tricovit Forte help start hair growth that was never once was present? If not, would any product help or other solution to allow hair growth. Thanks.
