I Am 18 Year Old And I Have On/off Pain

I am 18 year old and i have on/off pain at the right side of my belly or intestine and i have in-digested food in my stool since last 6 months due to that i am suffering from weakness and deficiency of vitamins
i have tested my stools and found nothing except mucus.I often used Chlordiazepoxide +Clidinium bromide and Mebeverine Hhydrochlorid but no relief.
