I Am 18 Year Old As Of 1/7/16 I Am

I am 18 year old as of 1/7/16 I am a female I am 5'8 and a healthy weight. I eat well rounded but for a few weeks expirencing facial numbness and numbness in right hand only ( three fingers) and unsteadiness walking usually. The numbness in my face makes it hard to talk or think. I go to school daily feeling this way, it is very much induced with physical exercise. I started off going to the hospital because my headaches were ridiculous mind you I have no family history of them. My CT scan was normal. I have generalized anxiety disorder according to my therapist but we don't want to rule out other possibilities causing this numbness
