I Am 18 Years Of Age, Female, I Have Had

I am 18 years of age, female, I have had pains which i thought were hip pains but my GP suspects it is sacroiliitis. With this i struggle to get comfortable at night and am suffering tiredness, can you recommend any ways to help me sleep or even get comfortable? When relaxing my legs feel as if they are being disslocated.
