I Am 18 Years Old. I Am Sexually Active. I

I am 18 years old. I am sexually active. I had protected sex last month and my period is 19 days late. The condom didn't break. I checked. I took a home pregnancy test when my period was 2 weeks late during mid afternoon but it was negative. I don't have nausea or sore breasts or spotting of any kind. Is there a chance I'm pregnant?
Additional info- my periods are irregular but they're never later than a week. About 2 years back, I skipped a period month. Only once though. My weight has decreased from 47 kg to 45 during the past 6 months. My height is 5 ft. 2 in.
