I Am 18 Years Old, I Have Recently Had Tears

I am 18 years old, I have recently had tears around my penis during sexual intercourse. This has never happened before during sex with anyone, once it happened the first time I read up on it on the Internet and left it to heal for 3 to 4 days. I then had sex again and the tears became a lot worse. I also have red spots on the tip of my penis, could anyone help in a direction to sort and get this fixed.
