I Am 18 Years Old. I Was Diagnosed With Hypothyroidism

I am 18 years old.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in April of 2014.

Contact with the previous endocrinologist has been cut off for a while, there were many questions and doubts that went unanswered.

Can the symptoms of hypothyroidism resurface despite continued intake of Thyronorm (100mcg)?
Can the condition stunt height growth? Does hypothyroidism cause infertility in men?

Is it advisable to take both Glycomet (1000mg) for insulin resistance and Thyronorm (100mcg) simultaneously?

I am currently on antidepressants (Amoxapine 50mg and Oleanz Plus)
Is there any interaction between these and Glycomet / Thyronorm?

Depression is listed as a symptom for hypothyroidism everywhere, and I believe it has worsened over time since late 2013, could it be that it still exists due to the thyroid condition?

Awaiting your reply,

Thank you
