I am 18 years old and sexually active. I am on my first month of birth control called "Yaz" and 3 days ago I experienced light spotting of blood. when i took out my tampon today a piece of long rubbery grey skin came out of my vagina.. What is this? Should I be worrying?

Also, why am I bleeding if I'm not on my sugar pills yet?
