I Am 18 Years Old Men. I Smoke Cigarettes Very

I am 18 years old men. I smoke cigarettes very few times like once in a month , but from 3-4 times i noticed that when i smoke my fingers start shaking. I was a drinker but i quit it 3 months ago. Is this is a big problem should i consult a doctor about this .
