I Am 19 And Had Nasal Surgery 6 Weeks Ago

I am 19 and had nasal surgery 6 weeks ago (BINE BINA Turbinectomy). My recovery has been very slow. This morning I woke up and my sinuses were very sore and I felt quite congested. Upon blowing my nose a long (approx. 10cm bloody, gelatinous string came out of my nose. It was like a snotty, mucus, bloody thing. I blew my nose again and another started to come out. I had to pull it out of my nose and again it was about 10cm). My sinuses still feel very sore. Is this normal? Should I be worried?
