I Am 19 Weeks Pregnant And This Past Week Ive

I am 19 weeks pregnant and this past week Ive noticed a considerable amount of discharge as well as severe cramping on the right side of my stomach. Its gotten worse and now its followed by a headache/fever. I don't know if I should wait until my next OB appointment or if I should go to the ER right now?
