I Am 19 Years Old And I Have Regular Menstrual

I am 19 years old and I have regular menstrual cycles. I've never experienced cramps, and my periods never made much impact on me. I should have my next period in about a week, but I have noticed a change in my discharge. It was white and almost lotion like for a few days, and now it has turned clear. There's no odor or anything. I am also experiencing some small abdominal pain and nausea. Could I be pregnant?
