I Am 19 Years Old And I Still Bed Wet

I am 19 years old and I still bed wet though not frequently, at times I stay dry at night from 2 to 3 weeks.. But after that three weeks I may bed wet a times from 3 to 4 days consecutively... Pls what can I use to stop bed wetting because have never being free from it since childhood. Pls come to my aid it is really embarrassing me ...
