I Am 19 Years Old And Am A College Track

I am 19 years old and am a college track and cross-country runner. I have been having a lot of pain in my hip and lower left side of my stomach. I have headaches, fatigue, nausea, dizziness, sleeping problems, chronic muscle pain, anxiety, trouble focusing, blurry vision (always blame contacts) and occasional depression. I always have some kind of pain, whether it be my hip, knee, ankle or back. The trainers at school don't take me seriously anymore since I "always have a new pain."A family member mentioned the possibility of fibromalagia and my doctor said I should take cymbalta. After reading the side effects and reviews, I don't really want to take it. Is there a safer drug? Or do you have any other ideas on what could be wrong with me? Thank you
