I Am 19 Years Old, And Have Never Had A

I am 19 years old, and have never had a child. The past few days I have noticed that my bladder is leaking while I am wearing a tampon. I do not feel any pee coming out what-so-ever, I just notice when I use the bathroom that my underwear are very wet with a clear fluid. I also have not coughed or sneezed at all, it just seems to come out without any stress and I do not feel pee leaking at all. My periods have been very painful lately, and I notice that my cervix is very low and hard, to the point that my tampon has issues going in or will go off to the side. Could this be caused by my tampon pushing on my bladder, or do I have a more serious problem I would need to see a doctor for?
