I Am 19 Years Old And Strongly Suspect That I

I am 19 years old and strongly suspect that I could be pregnant...I am 7 days late from my expected period (jan 20) and it has been about two weeks since the Unprotected sex (jan 14)...I am experiencing dull cramping in my lower-lower abs. Also, I have an unusual amount of white/clear/sticky discharge when the cramping occurs. Slight nausea throughout the day...can I test yet?
