I Am 2 1/2 Months Post Partial Hysterectomy. I Am

I am 2 1/2 months post partial hysterectomy. I am experiencing very frequent urination , bladder pressure and don't feel that I completely empty my bladder. Initially I had an 11.5 cm fibroid that completely blocked my ability to urinate. This was removed with my uterus. What could be causing this? I'm pretty certain that it's not a uti
