I Am 2 And A Half Months Post Pregnant And

I am 2 and a half months post pregnant and i have stopped bleeding but had a discharge, i went to the doctor they gave me antibiotics. It didn't fix it. So i went back and they told me i had thrush, but didnt do an internal. They told me to use canesten cream internal so i did and after two inserts i started bleeding. So i stopped and it the bleeding stopped but the discharge didn't so i tried the application again and after the first application i have started bleeding again. Why is this
