I Am 2 Months Late On Menstrual Period Next Week.

I am 2 months late on menstrual period next week. Been having all kinds of pregnancy symptoms besides nausea and sore breasts. My pregnancy tests are all negative to far. I am not on birth control and never have been. I am in ny early twenties. What is going on?
