I Am 2 Weeks Post Op From An Appendectomy. They

I am 2 weeks post op from an appendectomy. They went in laproscopic first but had to open me up when they found it had ruptured. I was on iv zosyn and metronidazole in the hospital for 6 days. I have been home a week and have had persistent diarrhea some low grade fevers pain at my incision site and under the left side of my belly button. Also I started spotting the day after surgery and have now actively started bleeding as though on my period. My last period ended 3 days before my surgery. Every time I eat in in the bathroom within 30 mins if not sooner.my surgeon said I could take immodium so I have and it seems to help a little but in still having some diarrhea. It is now a green color. What should I do?
