I Am 20 Years Old, But I Smoke Black &

I am 20 years old, but I smoke black & mild cigars everyday, sometimes three a day. Today I feel like I have something scratching the back of my throat. I have had this pain before last year around this time. I have only smoked for about a year and a half now but I feel as if it because of allergies and done you're of mucus is stuck in my throat. What do you think?
