I Am 21 Years Male My Problem Is My Face

I am 21 years male my problem is my face becoming more dark day by day while my inner body remain normal and I got dark patches under eyes and on my nose sides I used many creams, soaps n home remedies but none helped me n I have pimples n acne prob too plz help me out.
