I Am 21 Years Old , Student , Single ,

I am 21 years old , student , single , lives in Alexandria.. Egypt.I complain of increased temperature , abdominal pain & desire of vomiting.. Since 3 days.. their onset was acute..
The abdominal pain is in the epigastric area and also right and left hypochondrial areas.. When this pain comes, it radiates to my whole back..
This is associated with nausea and increased liver enzymes as doctor orders for me as investigation.. These symptoms are aggrevated by eating fatty meals.. They are relieved by medications like Rantidine and antibiotics..The last time I felt good was since March , I salk a medical advice .. Doctor diagnosed me as having multiple stones in the biliary duct, cholecystits and enlarged gall bladder size.
In April, Doctor did endoscopy as diagnostic and therapeutic for biliary stones, so stones were removed,
After nine days doctor did for me endoscopic cholecystectomy .After this operation, I felt stomach pain & intolerance to eat multiple food items like fatty meals.
In August a new symptoms started to appear like severe s+omach pain lasts for 9 days. Also, pain in the right and left sides ,
These radiate to my back, and associated with nausea and increased liver enzymes. These symptoms recured five times ,
I had taken antibiotic & antiinflammatory in between these recurrent attacks so incidence of recurrence decreased till the interval bacame ten days in between two attacks.
I did investigations : pancreatic enzymes & MRI abdomen. These investigations were negative. Except narrowing of the lumen of the biliary canal.
Doctors told me that I should have an operation to widen the biliary canal by endoscope, and that there is a possibility that they will fix a stent but they told me that the operation success is not sure and the operation has
I am asking if there is another thrapeutic approach other than the operation of widening the biliary canal by endoscope ?
Also, Does this endoscope have dangers and its success is not sure ?
