I Am 21 Yrs Old. I Have A Painfull Bump

I am 21 yrs old. I have a painfull bump on my perineum. I remember it occurred after my 6th day of periods. The pad was troubling me a lot and then I noticed it.
The bump is colorless and a raised bump. I can't even sit.
This is the first time it has occurred.
I am a virgin and never had a relationship.
Also i never used a tong or tampon.
Please help
