I Am 22 And Don't Have Very Nice Teeth But

I am 22 and don't have very nice teeth but I have had a root canal done on my right front tooth and I don't have cavities or anything on any of ny front teeth. well I have only done cocaine about 5 times in my life up until a few weeks ago I have been doing a lot basically everyday. ( I know I need to quit I am going across the country tomorrow back home where I don't know where to get it and not look for it) I have been doing about 2 to 3 grams a day for the last 3 days and only getting 2 to 3 hours of sleep each night and going to work for 11 hrs out in the Texas heat. but my problem is my front tooth is hurting real real bad I remember it did it a couple months ago when I tried it again since 5 years and I'm pretty sure it's my sinuses making them hurt.
