I am 22 years old and iam a female.I weighed 103kgs in 2012.My dad was obese too and I had inherited it.I had gone through a lot of mental trauma being obese.I decided to loose weight somehow ,I skipped food and danced nd by 2014 I was 82 kgs.Then I went out of my,place for my masters nd then I started putting on weight as my whole routine changed.i weigh 90 kgs now.Can you help me out and suggest a stable weight loss routine?
