I Am 22 Years Old, Female And For The Past

I am 22 years old, female and for the past few weeks have been experiencing extremely bad headaches that do not go away even when i take 1000mg of ibuprofen. Recently in the past week i have been experiencing really fast heart palpitations during the night and especially when i wake up in the morning. They last even when i am awake but still resting in bed. It is also effecting my sleep, i can only sleep a max of 5 hours at night now. Sometimes i also get heat flushes and a very little bit of chest pain. What could be the cause if this? And what is the solution? Thank you.
