I Am 22 Years Old, My Last Pap Smear Came

I am 22 years old, my last Pap smear came back as mildy abnormal and now for the first time in my life my period is late. And I am now experiencing nose bleeds(which I've also never had) also extreme fatigue and being light headed most of the time. My weight dropped from 117 to 94 and has stayed there no matter what I try to gain weight. I am 5 ' 3". I had a baby two years ago. C section. No chance of pregnancy and not on birth control. I've been on celexa for 6 months now with no side effects.
