I am 22+5 weeks pregnant, scan revealed anterior placenta just covering OS. Was told to avoid sex, does this include orgasms? Will there be a chance of it moving so can I deliver vaginally? I am 40 yrs old & have had three previous miscarriages, this will be my first born child
