I Am 23 Years Old Male.I Often Experiance Periodic Mood

I am 23 Years old male.I often experiance periodic mood swings and feel very lazy in doing even my day to day things..most of the time i feel very low about myself and 24 hrs i tend to think about my future and finally i end up getting mentally tired and exhausted.. pl suggest some remedy. Am i depression patient?
